Packed with vitamins B3, B5, B6 and B9, button mushrooms are an excellent source of potassium, calcium and zinc. They are great in taste and texture with a mild aroma, which makes them the most popular variety of mushrooms on the Indian table. Button mushrooms can be eaten raw, boiled, fried, grilled, baked, and sauteed. They are a healthier alternative to paneer and potato based dishes.
